The opening move titles for "Toxin" is inspired by the book, "Toxin" by Robin Cook. The book is a story about a doctor whose daughter gets sick by a virus of E.coli. The doctor investigates on how she contracts the virus, and goes undercover as a janitor at a slaughterhouse. It is here that he not only documents his findings to eventually present to the FDA, but discovers appalling practices at the slaughterhouse and throughout the meat industry.
